Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data tableplus collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you hold as a data subject under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
Before you dive into the full legal text, here are the six core principles that shape how tableplus handles personal data collected from Philippine players.
tableplus only collects personal data that is directly necessary for account registration, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. We do not collect data speculatively.

tableplus shares personal data only with licensed payment processors, certified game software providers, identity verification services, and regulatory authorities where legally required. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
tableplus retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, comply with Philippine legal and regulatory retention obligations, and resolve any disputes that may arise.
In the unlikely event of a personal data breach, tableplus will notify affected Players and the National Privacy Commission (NPC) within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, in compliance with NPC Circular No. 16-03.

The tableplus Platform is operated primarily from and within the Republic of the Philippines. However, certain third-party service providers engaged by tableplus — including game software studios and cloud infrastructure providers — may process personal data in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, tableplus ensures that such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards, including: contractual clauses requiring the recipient to apply data protection standards equivalent to those under the Philippine Data Privacy Act; the recipient's adherence to internationally recognised data protection frameworks; and/or the prior approval of the National Privacy Commission where required.

You have the right to be informed of how tableplus processes your personal data, including the purposes of processing, categories of data collected, and your other rights under this Policy.
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data tableplus holds about you, as well as information about how that data is being processed, upon submission of a verified access request.

You may request the deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to tableplus's legal retention obligations under PAGCOR and AMLA regulations.

Where processing is based on consent — such as marketing communications — you may withdraw that consent at any time by updating your tableplus account preferences or contacting our support team. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.
Where tableplus makes automated decisions that significantly affect you — such as account risk scoring — you have the right to request human review of such decisions and to challenge the outcome.
If you believe tableplus has processed your personal data in violation of the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines — the supervisory authority for data protection in the Republic of the Philippines.
